SEEDTAG is responsible for the processing of personal data of users who access and/or contact SEEDTAG through the Website, which includes the processing of your personal data whether you are (i) a customer and/or potential customer, (ii) a supplier and/or potential supplier, (iii) an investor and/or potential investor, (iv) an employee or candidate and (v) any other user who accesses or transmits information through the Website.

At Seedtag we value transparency towards our users and want them to be well informed. Here is a list of terms that will help you to better understand the Policy:

Through this Policy, we assure you that all data transfers we make will be carried out in compliance with all necessary legal safeguards. • Oh, and if at any time you get tired of receiving our communications and want to stop receiving them, don’t worry, you can easily do so by clicking on the unsubscribe link that you will find in any communication we send you. This will unsubscribe you from all commercial communications to which you have previously given your consent. 

We also inform you that under the scope of application of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint before the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that we have committed a breach of data protection legislation with regard to the processing of your personal data.
