SEEDTAG is responsible for the processing of personal data of users who access and/or contact SEEDTAG through the Website, which includes the processing of your personal data whether you are (i) a customer and/or potential customer, (ii) a supplier and/or potential supplier, (iii) an investor and/or potential investor, (iv) an employee or candidate and (v) any other user who accesses or transmits information through the Website.

Terminology used in this document

At Seedtag we value transparency towards our users and want them to be well informed. Here is a list of terms that will help you to better understand the Policy:

4.1 Entities acting as data controllers:

Through this Policy, we assure you that all data transfers we make will be carried out in compliance with all necessary legal safeguards. These legitimate grounds may include your consent, the need to perform a contract we have with you, compliance with legal obligations or a legitimate interest. In addition, we want to assure you that we have established specific contracts with all our service providers, as required by law. These contracts ensure that your personal data will be protected and that our service providers meet high standards of security and confidentiality.
