One Nevada Credit Union (ONCU), headquartered in Winchester, Nevada, is one of the largest locally owned, federally insured credit unions in the state. With over $1.5B in assets, it's one of the strongest, well-capitalized credit unions in the US. It maintains a net worth of more than 15%, serves approximately 75,000 members across 15 branches, and offers 46,000 surcharge-free ATMs through the AllPoint Network.

The challenge

ONCU aimed to drive both brand awareness and lower-funnel outcomes, such as site traffic and cost efficiency. Promoting key financial products, including auto loans and credit cards, the campaign sought to connect with consumers across the open web and connected TV. Traditional financial advertising often focuses on narrow targeting categories, but this campaign sought to push boundaries by leveraging neuro-contextual AI to uncover custom audience interests beyond conventional banking themes.

Our solution

To address this challenge, ONCU partnered with Seedtag for an innovative neuro-contextual advertising approach powered by its neuro-contextual AI solution, Liz. The campaign went beyond conventional financial themes by using the Seedtag LAB program to uncover custom audience interests. LAB identified 30 unique categories with 4,050 topics tied to One Nevada’s advertising, mapping a contextual graph of open web content and highlighting untapped segments like real estate, automotive, and topics tied to Las Vegas entertainment and tourism.


By placing custom creatives adapted for different moments in highly relevant environments across the open web and CTV, the campaign achieved stronger engagement and deeper consumer resonance, with ads closely aligned with the consumers' real time motivations.
